No obligation

Sending information through the Site does not create an agreement to buy or sell any property, and it does not obligate you to sell or us to make an offer. Any purchase would be made only under a separate written agreement.

Your submissions

• You confirm that you are the owner of the property or are authorized to share this information about it.
• You will do your best to provide information that is accurate and complete, including known problems. We may rely on it, but we may also verify it independently.
• You confirm you have the right to share the photos, videos, and documents you upload, and that they do not include anything unlawful.
• You give us permission to use, store, and share your submission as described in our Privacy Policy so we can evaluate the property and pursue a transaction with you.

By submitting your details, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text, or email about your submission. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Site. This includes uploading malicious files, submitting information about a property you have no right to share, trying to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Site, or using it in a way that breaks the law.

Availability

We work to keep the Site available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or remove features at any time.

Disclaimers and limits

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Taylor Buys Homes is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to $100.
