• Property details: the property address, property type, size, occupancy, and your answers about its condition, systems, repairs, and disclosures.
• Photos, videos, and documents you choose to upload, and any notes you type.
• Basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type, which our hosting provider records in ordinary server logs.

We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site. Photos may contain hidden location or device data (metadata); you can remove it before uploading if you prefer.

How we use it

• To review and evaluate your property and prepare an offer or follow up with you.
• To contact you about your submission by phone, text, or email.
• To keep records of the information you sent and to operate and secure this site.

Where it is stored

Your submission is saved in a private folder in our Google Drive account. Only our team has access to it. Our site is hosted on Render, and uploads pass through our server on the way to Google Drive. We do not keep a separate copy of your photos on the server after the upload finishes.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We may share property information and photos with people who help us evaluate or complete a transaction, such as our team, contractors, inspectors, title companies, lenders, and prospective buyers or investment partners. We also use service providers, including Google (storage) and Render (hosting), who handle data on our behalf. We may disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep submissions for as long as we reasonably need them for the purposes above or to meet legal and record-keeping requirements.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we have, correct it, or delete it by contacting us at the contact details on our website. You can also ask us to stop contacting you.

Security

Connections to this site are encrypted, and access to submissions is limited to our team. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
